Listings

“Available via ADSA” listings are provided by suppliers who have signed with ADSA and been verified. Their specifications and any price range are confirmed by the supplier.

“Request sourcing” listings describe a general type of machine available in the Indian market. They name no supplier and carry no price; images marked “Illustrative” do not show a specific product.

Specifications, availability and prices are confirmed in ADSA's written quote. Nothing on this website is an offer to sell.

Quotes and orders (buyers)

ADSA's quote states the equipment, price, taxes, delivery, installation, payment terms and validity. An order is formed only when you accept ADSA's written quote on the terms stated in it.

There are no online payments on this website.

Suppliers

Suppliers must provide accurate company, tax and listing information, keep listings up to date, and quote honestly within the validity they state.

Buyer introductions: suppliers must deal with buyers introduced by ADSA only through ADSA, and must not contact such buyers directly except to fulfil an order ADSA has placed with them.

Commission on orders placed by ADSA is payable at the rate and on the terms of the supplier's agreement with ADSA.
